2. Description of Service
DomainMarket provides an online marketplace for buying and selling domain names. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not party to the actual domain transfer agreements.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Listing and Selling Domains
Sellers must verify ownership of domains before listing. Misrepresentation of domain ownership or characteristics is prohibited and may result in account termination.
5. Buying Domains
Buyers agree to complete payment for purchased domains within the specified timeframe. All sales are subject to our escrow protection policy.
6. Fees and Payments
DomainMarket charges a platform fee on successful transactions. Fee structures are published on our pricing page and may be updated with notice to users.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, spamming, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
DomainMarket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or inability to access the service.
